Every student deserves to see a future they can picture themselves in.

By eighth grade, most students have already decided what they're good at and what's out of reach. That picture is built almost entirely from the adults they happen to know. For a lot of kids on the Cape and Islands, that's a very short list.

The Belonging Network works with middle schools to change that. We connect students to local professionals, help educators build career exploration into the school day, and support districts putting the state's MyCAP framework into practice for grades 6 through 8.
